Why Trauma Healing for Muslims?

As technology advances, there are many resources available out there for healing trauma, depression and anxiety. However, there is little out there that is geared towards our Islamic morals and values. As the creator of this short course, it is my hope to provide Muslims with healing exercises that align with our core religious foundation: There is no God but Allah and He is our only Healer.
